Extremely friendly and helpful staff, very knowledgeable and we've got high professional advises from the gentleman behind the counter. We were quite impressed that he offered to carry our order to our car and even arrange it in the truck. Can't recommend it enough!

Came in today to collect my order, the lady behind the till was so friendly and even offered to carry my order out for me. As I only ordered one large tile, I opted to carry this out myself. The lady then came around the counter to ensure the door was held open for me. The gentleman was also very helpful. Overall a lovely team that couldn't do enough for you, would highly recommend due to the amazing staff members.

couldn't find either of our accounts,were more interested in querying old order(if they existed)said as it was a large order would have to pay 100 each load....no help.....called stevenage sorted order and accounts in 2mins always an effort calling this branch
