Everyone I've encountered at this surgery (either by phone/at reception/GP appointment/collection from onsite dispensary) has been kind, helpful, professional and generally nice, smiley and there is a much more relaxed atmosphere than anywhere else. Parking very easy also.

Just moved from Ely (Cathedral Medical Centre), previously I would have to wait over 3 weeks for designated GP, and only get a 7 min appointment, that would be running at least 30 mins late. Here in Burwell, I got an appointment within 8 days, 12mins long and only running 10 mins late.
