MRI performed ok, operators pleasant enough, standard. Poor after service when requesting images told that CD burner was broken and no timeframe given when to receive the images. Not good enough for a private self paid service, this type of technology is 90s based and should be a facile fix. They stated the CD burner had been away for repair for weeks but had seemingly not chased it up to check when it would be sorted, lots of patients waiting apparently. Was not informed the images would not be available prior to signing for the scan. Now waiting for them to address it. Distinctly annoying.

Can't prise ophthalmologist Dr. Louise Allen high enough. She reviewed my 3 year old daughter in a very calming, entertaining and comforting way so our little one was not scared nor anxious. She has been extremely helpful and patient explaining the condition and has followed up every query we submitted afterwards. She made us feel as she actually cared about the development of our little one. Thank you.

Extremely unprofessional. Won't perform procedures advertised on their website without giving any reason besides a lazy 2 sentences long reply. No respect for your rights.

Was listened too by the physio who spent time examining the problem area. She showed me exercises to do and gave hands on treatment. It helped relieve the pain.

Opening ethos is none existent. I was more than happy to pay to see a specialist about the damage to the nerves in my face and they wouldn’t even entertain the idea. Clearly if I’m Paying for private medical care I have exhausted all other options. Waste of time.
