I attended an Excel course run by Karen Roem years ago, I learned a lot and went away with loads of tips to improve my own skills. Since then I've been on the email list for MS Office suite computing tips sent out by Karen, these are short snippets often with keyboard shortcuts, teaching you little ways of working that can improve your performance. They're great. The courses are great. You'd do well well to attend one!

Today was my first webinair with Karen Roem covering Hints and Tips on Outlook and Microsoft Word. Having used both for many years, I was aware that I had gaps in my knowledge. Karen certainly identified key areas where a little extra knowledge can go a long way. I found the webinair to be very useful and a great learning experience. Just understanding how some of the search shortcuts work will undoubtedly save me many hours I am planning to go on Karen's other webinairs now - and find more ingenious ways to save more time!

Fantastic training provider. I joined an online session Karen was running for Cambridge Network on Microsoft tips and shortcuts. It was absolutely brilliant. A few colleagues of mine also attended and we were all amazed by just how few of the whizzy shortcuts we knew, given that we'd all been using Microsoft applications for so long! There was a lot of 'oh wow' and 'I'm definitely going to use that'! A really engaging session which we all came away from with lots of practical tips to put in to immediate use. It was so good I have asked Karen to run it again for my organisation.
