After my dreadful experience with AA Smart Care. Regency Autos stepped in and agreed to do a cheaper price and loan me a car. This was a huge help. Very sympathetic staff and could not fault them. This will be my garage of choice from now on. Highly recommended provided you don't go through them via AA Smart Care. They will mark up the price and add around 300. I was so disgusted that I have now cancelled my AA Breakdown Cover with them. Incase you haven't guessed by now, DONT USE AA SMART CARE. Thank me later.

I cannot thank this garage enough! After going to 3 garages for the same problem I was starting to loose hope in my car ever being fully fixed again. Regency Autos were so thorough in the investigation and diagnosis, they found broken wires that the other garages completely missed which fixed my car and stopped the engine light coming on. they even found the annoying nock that has been there for some time! wish i found this garage sooner
I can't praise this garage enough for the really helpful service I received. The investigation of my fault and subsequent repair work was faultless. I was kept informed all the way and for the amount of work needed, I felt the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend. Thank you...Sean

Superb service from Lee and the rest of the team. Lee, had excellent communication skills regarding the problem with my car, he managed to spot something another mechanic had missed. I dropped the car off in the morning and it was ready by the afternoon. I felt the prices were reasonable too, I will definitely be back and recommending them to my friends.
