Very pleased with my purchase, Erica was excellent, very helpful and was able to sort any queries very efficiently. I purchased from a long distance so was unable to view the vehicle in person prior to purchasing. I was sent 2 videos of the car, my only complaint was that it had some scratches that were not identified on the videos, it was difficult to see even after I knew where they were, once the car was delivered. These scratches should have been highlighted to me, and photos taken. The delivery driver was very pleasant and friendly. I was very dubious about buying online at first, but the whole experience was good.
