I picked up my new X5 from Reed Autos and the experience was superb throughout. Erica was amazing and very helpful and answered all my questions quickly and efficiently. My car was very well presented. I could not have asked for more.
Very pleased with my purchase, Erica was excellent, very helpful and was able to sort any queries very efficiently. I purchased from a long distance so was unable to view the vehicle in person prior to purchasing. I was sent 2 videos of the car, my only complaint was that it had some scratches that were not identified on the videos, it was difficult to see even after I knew where they were, once the car was delivered. These scratches should have been highlighted to me, and photos taken. The delivery driver was very pleasant and friendly. I was very dubious about buying online at first, but the whole experience was good.
Jake was very helpful and made the experience easy and efficient. We had a much better experience at Reed Autos than any other dealership we have been to so far. From the moment we drove into the dealership to the moment we left, we were treated very well.
