Throughout the difficult times of 2020, Nic, Helena, Andrea & ‘mum’ took it upon them selves to put on a Saturday cook. Not only was it good entertainment but Nic was happy to share his vast experience of cooking on the Big Green Egg with all involved. For someone who could not run the cookery school due to the restrictions to be this open with his advice and guidance is just what was needed. Can’t wait for the opportunity to visit the school.
