From our first contact with Laura at the showroom to templating and fitting, this was a first class experience. Communication throughout was great and customer service was fantastic. Really pleased with our black satino granite worktops and the Dekton island top looks absolutely stunning. Thank you to everyone involved. Trisha & Steve Pearce

Superb customer service - showroom and fitters.
Very happy with my new fireplace. It is clear that Ivett and Reed hold customer satisfaction above all else. I would not hesitate in recommending Ivett and Reed to anyone thinking of installing a new fireplace. Well deserved 5 stars.
We had a brilliant service from selecting to fitting our kitchen worktop. Laura was excellent in showing us around the showrooms and explaining the products. The service from all involved was very professional, everything was done on time and we are delighted with our fantastic quartz worktop. Thank you.
