Not recommended 1 Time wasted by a staff member who provided glowing reference for supplier I was recruiting (didn't work out) 2 Referred me to their specialist team for advice on complex probate matter. Difficulties in contacting this team & no call-back as promised so moved on. 3 Failed to delete my details as requested under GDPR 4 Noted similarities with service provided by Irwin Mitchell telephoen advice line via my home insurance firm 5 ON advice (I have personal legal contacts), will only be using lawyers recommended by my contacts for specific work in the future

1 star is too much for this firm. Aside from being extremely unhelpful, they turn people away around lunch time, claiming \everybody is in a meeting\. Avoid!
