Ordered via the Huws website. Ridgeons delivered a completely different product. Failed to respond to two phone calls and emails. Claim that this is perfectly fine. The merged company is a shambles.

Keep increasing prices and it no longer seems to matter how many materials you buy through them they will still try and rip you off, we will be putting all the business we can through travis perkins now as fed up with constantly fluctuating prices and being overcharged for basic products, recently tried to charge me over 60 for some timber fixings that cost 8 in Screwfix, and 12.50 for a container of SBR - beyond a joke, the staff will intentionally try and overcharge you and you have to go through every item and ask them to check your history to get a reasonable price, this also makes it impossible to price jobs using Ridgeons materials as by the time we start the work they change their prices, complete joke of a company

Staff very quick at helping wot I was after was pointed in rite direction sorted out the wood I wanted & all the time keeping at social distance from me & others been there a few times lately & all been the same each time plus had home delivery the driver went out his way 2 help get load were wanted it 2 keep access open
