Not worth it for the price, quite clearly a greedy company. How am I still having to pay the full rent when I can not go to my accommodation due to the COVID-19 restrictions? How selfish does a company need to be to want that for students? A lot are not able to work and get usual pay at the moment due to COVID-19 but you still want us to pay rent, even when we are not able to be in our accommodation from January until March ? Please, go to the Railyard or stay at one of the Universities accommodation. Host CB1 do not care about your wellbeing at all, as long as they are getting the money they are satisfied. The only accommodation company around that is not doing rent concessions in this area, please avoid for your own sake.

I've been living in CB1 since 1 year now and my personal experience has been wonderful throughout. With amazing facilities, beautiful environment, peace and hostile workers ready to help 24*7. I would suggest everyone looking for an accommodation that feels like home should give these apartments a try.

I’ve enjoyed my stay at CB1, with the lovely and helpful staff, and well management. I feel safe even during the Covid-19 period. I’m also grateful to all the staff’s hard-work helping students to distribute the mails and parcels during lockdown. Thank you.

The staff always treated us well, with humor and and always ready to help. Never had any issues with the service or the room and flat I was staying at. Overall, very happy with my stay at this accommodation.
