Cannot recommend the clinic enough! Dr Lapa is the most informative and caring doctor I have received a treatment from. Her knowledge is so extensive that she will always offer the best advice and give you the most appropriate treatments. The clinic is also extremely safe during the pandemic as it adheres to safety measures at all times and is always very clean.

I recently started the weightloss programme having previously struggled with my weight. I decided to contact Dr Lapa after seeing an ad for the weightloss programme. Due to covid, the consultation was via video call and since beginning the medication, along with lifestyle changes, I have managed to lose a stone in weight over 6 weeks. I have had follow up with the clinic nurse, Leila, who has been very supportive, answering any queries and both she and Dr Lapa continue to support and encourage me. Dr Lapa from the start has given me great advice and understood my eating issues. I have also engaged in fitness classes with Jay Banks, Personal Trainer, recommended by the Clinic who has been really helpful, giving me much needed motivation, plus I really enjoyed his classes. I have also had hifu with Dr Enright prior to having threads to my lower face and am really pleased with the results which people say have taken 10 years off my face. I continue to have Botox and skin rejuvenation with Leila. I can't recommend the clinic and it's lovely staff highly enough.

If you are looking for someone professional and with great customer care I would highly recommend Dr. Lapa! she is very good at what she does, especially with first timers as her expertise and knowledge puts you at ease straight away, everything is carefully explained and any questions you have are answered understandably. Unfortunately, I didn’t have a good experience at this clinic with my Botox treatment. Firstly I asked for dysport but they didn’t have it despite what was advertised in their website. Secondly, Dr was so furious about the lockdown that day that forgot to book me for the follow up session . Just 5 weeks after the injection the Botox result was gone and when I asked Dr she says why you didn’t come for follow up session ! Because you didn’t tell me about it! Then she said maybe your body is immune to Botox impact which is not right because I had Botox many times this was was the first time it happened to me. I never even had a follow up session. She told me to go back again and start the process from the beginning but I refuse to do so. It is a very expensive treatment and if you can’t do it right on the first appointment I won’t risk it again !
