Highly recommend anyone with muscular pain to book a sports massage session with Leslie at Fit Again Sports Therapy. His initial assessment of my back was thorough and accurate. His subsequent sports massage therapy targeted the specific issue with my rotary cuff, and it was deeply effective. My persistent pain was immediately reduced as early as the first session and has never been as bad in the long-term having had multiple sessions with him. In addition to deep and effective massage work, Leslie provides support with exercises to practise at home. Leslie is professional, reliable and just excellent at sorting muscles out. Do yourself a favour and book a session without hesitation!

My son had a football injury. He was treated by the club but as soon as he started to play , he was feeling the pain coming back. Searching on the internet I came across Fit again and was really impressed with Richard experience. We decided to have a video consultation and that was fantastic. Richard prescribed him some exercises and as son my son started doing it, the pain disappeared (this was a month ago). During my son's consultation we could see Richard was very competent and knew what he talking about. I will not think twice about contacting Richard in case my son is injured again.
