Incredible service, my Amazon was scheduled to be delivered by 9 pm to my business that closes at 5pm. I received a call from the driver and coordinated a safe drop outside of my business that I easily grabbed the next morning. Wish more couriers would be proactive in there deliveries.

Like all reviews, these guys claimed to drop off my Amazon order but didn't because they couldn't find the unit. I checked my camera and nothing. It was dispatched and again, I received a notification that the attempt to deliver was made but couldn't because they couldn't find the unit again ... I checked my camera and no attempt was made. If you're ordering anything and notice that Dynamex is delivering ... Call right away and change it. Avoid at all cost.
Wondering why Amazon uses this company. They mark package as delivered when it was not. So dishonest. They never attempted delivery, nor did they deliver it, yet mark it as delivered. I go to look up Dynex on Google and see all the bad reviews. Both companies don't care? Such bad service.
ZERO STARS Absolutely the worst courier company out there. I can not believe that Amazon would hire a company like this to deliver their packages. 2 days late now and still no packages. Making up fake delivery attempts. What a terrible thoughtless company
Worst company ever. I think Amazon must be using them for shipping and they are lying to us (the customers) and to Amazon. The package I ordered said delivered at 6:02pm, when in fact, it was delivered the following day. They are lying to amazon that they delivered the package on time. They didn't even leave it at the front door while it started to snow. The package was left at the garage door covered in snow. Completely useless and dishonest company.
