4 doctors, working different days/shifts, all really nice. When covid isn't around you can expect to wait on average an hour on your appointment. Communication by email is quicker than phoning.

I know the original doctor of this practice since my youth and he is most satisfactory, otherwise my experiences have been mixed over the years. The practice can be difficult to communicate with, and typically emails will receive an unprofessional one-liner reply and be unsigned. Sometimes you do not know where you stand. Being busy is no excuse.

Luckily for me I don’t have to spend much time here! However the team here, doctors, nurses and admins, have looked after me through three pregnancies and beyond. I have been a client all my life and my children are the third generation of our family to attend. While it can be busy at certain times they managed the schedule very well. Naturally some of the staff will have their specialisms and I have a preference for some doctors over others but all are professional and caring and knowledgeable in my experience. Happy to recommend this practice.
I went to the clinic last Thursday in the afternoon, I had high temperature and big throat infection. I am not registered there like a patient and I had not an appointment, but I was really sick. They told me in the reception that they couldn't attend to me because they were so busy, but there were only two patients waiting for the doctor. They gave me a telephone number to call after 6pm but I needed to be attended in that moment. So, I was really disappointed because they told me I can't be attend.
Had an extremely negative experience here. One of the doctors was very condescending and racist. On top of that, she made negative comments towards my mental health. I left feeling frustrated and hurt. On top of that my problem was not sorted. Extremely disappointed. Will not return.
Booked an appointment 4 days in advance. Told them I was in pain and would like to be seen ASAP. Arrived and was told their not taking new patients. Should have this clearly labelled on the website. Waste of both my time and theirs.
