I went here because I wanted some advice regarding resizing a ring with gem stones on it (their specialty!). However, instead of being greeted in a friendly manner I was lectured (in what I felt was a very condescending manner) on all the reasons why my ring could not be resized. They did not even give me suggestions on alternatives and just kept saying how it would be too expensive to do (which I was aware of and would have gladly paid anyway!). I do not think I will be buying anything there because of this experience.
The most wonderfully kind and helpful staff. Beautiful jewellery. Very good at repairing jewellery too - always my first choice for repairs or jewellery. It's not cheap, but the quality is great.
