Spent over an hour trying to book an appointment to skate on their god-awful app before I gave up. Tried to get hold of someone on the phone but it just led me to an automated service that has no way of leading to a human being to speak to. HOW CAN BETTER EXPECT TO CALL THEMSELVES A BUSINESS WHEN YOU CAN'T EVEN MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO ACCESS THEIR FACILITIES.

It's open!!! The covid measures are great. Clear one way system, staggered entry times to keep scrums non existent, staff regularly cleaning. All super helpful and cheerful. Highly recommend, for new and existing skaters.
Modern, fun and a fantastic place to go as a couple or together with families. Nice seating and cafe for those on the peripheries as mere spectators. The ice arena is a good size, for those with children, they provide apparatus as adaptive aids, however the children need to be under a meter. There are Marshall’s or wardens on the ice arena who are there to help in case a need arises. The sessions are for a good time period and we were there for almost 45 mins which was more then enough time to have a great time. Finally, value for money!
Great experience. Fun for all of us, 2 adults, 6 Yr old and an 8 Yr old. Safe and sensible covid measures.
Great facility, and much needed by Cambridge. The rink has really nice ice. Staff are friendly and helpful. Plenty of space around the ice, and good seating for those watching. The cafe serves hot food, and provides a warm environment for parents etc to watch. Food prices aren't the cheapest, but seem fairly reasonable.
Doing covid restrictions well. Felt safe booked in advance and had a great time. Lovely staff and smooth process once you're there. Website for Better was a bit confusing
A fun way to spend a few hours doing something a little bit different. Being a new facility the ice skates available for hire were in excellent condition. Booking was very easy but it's a shame that you have to bring print outs of your booking with you since nowadays, a lot of people sent have printers at home. Nice to see that they are cashless as it's forward thinking. Lockers are available for 1 deposit which is essential; sooner they make them cashless, the better. Overall a brilliant facility I would recommend to friends and family.
Great not the best covid rules could be tighter on social distancing and masks but all in all good
