I have been ill recently which required a long drawn out treatment and my son very kindly came for 6 months to look after me. He brought his dog, a labrador, a good natured dog, very interested in food and he ate his bones on the hall carpet. Once he'd eaten one, there didn't seem much point in worrying about it until they had gone and I was feeling stronger. Warren from Art of Clean came to clean the carpets and although they are all several years old, they really do look like new, a transformation. There is stain repellant on the carpets now, so I hope they will stay 'youthful' for some time. Not only were they formerly dirty and grubby, but I have had problems with a burn mark and with moth damage in two carpets in my house. Carpet moths had chewed patches in a wool carpet so that they were threadbare, and there was a burn mark in a synthetic carpet in my study where there is a woodburner. The Art of Clean technition came and I am sorry that I did not catch his name. He was very professional and did such a good job that, although I know where to look, I cannot see the patches. I am thrilled with the results, better than I had dared to hope but I have also been impressed by both the young men who came to the house. They arrived exactly when they said they would, they worked hard, not stopping for a drink but taking it as they worked, they were capable and professional and also, thoroughly pleasant people. I could not recommend Sam and the Art of Flooring team more highly. As an Interior Designer in Cambridge I have extremely high standards and am very particular about the team I work with. Sam and his team installed the LVT flooring in my own kitchen and I couldn't be more delighted. Art of Flooring are now my flooring specialists and I couldn't imagine working with anyone else. From our initial discussions through to the finish, the team went above and beyond and were highly profesional throughout.
