Please train your staff in product knowledge. Went in this morning looking for a 7 inch immersion heater thermostat. Nobody had a clue what it was. Needless to say I left the shop without knowing if you had one or not. If your in any doubt what I wanted check out the picture.

There was a chap at the advisor desk 11th aug at about 9am. Just singing his praises , his knowledge was right up there . Me describing things like I was feeling them in a dark box and he got it all and I left with everything I wanted . Very helpfull
