Schmidt camberley aka Luxor Kitchens Ltd. I recommend anyone planning to have building work, electrical work and purchasing a kitchen to stay away from them. Incompetent, unprofessional, and above all untrustworthy. This review is to avoid anyone else going through the terrible experience we have had to go through. The list of issues is endless and some very serious like health and safety and complying with regulations. Hope this helps you when making a decision. Response to Schmidt's comments: Dishonest review, work without fault? An independent council and electrical report evidence the work carried out, in addition to blocking drains, damaging electrical goods, braking tiles, and spilling paint and plaster over other parts of the property which you had the chance to evidence (a list of many other faults). Wouldn't anyone, having asked to correct these several times, stop incompetent staff entering their property after putting family at risk, amongst others? You should know consumer rights being a trader. Customers have the rights to know what they are getting into. It's a big investment which people work hard for. Interesting to see other customers leave very similar reviews. Not a coincidence

Schmidt Camberly designed and installed our kitchen. They really took the time to find out what we wanted, and it’s been spot on. We’ve now had it for just under a year and the aftercare service has been brilliant. Any snag and they have been round to put right. Their fitters are lovely and we are pleased with the quality of appliances and units. We would certainly recommend them.
