I was disappointed when after reading all these great reviews, the food I ordered was lacking in flavour. Didn't give any salt packets, so whilst away from home I had to make do with unsalted chips. The chicken burger was lifeless with drop of mayo. They did give loads of ketchup and mayo packets which made the food edible. I'm rating this an extra star as everyone else's food was apparently nice, mine however was not.
