Car park at the sea side at Camber Beach. You have to pay 7 days a week, over the phone to Ringo for parking here. Free after 6pm. There is a washing and toilet facilities at this car park, which closes at 6pm. Cafes and essentials shops are located at one side.

Leading directly onto Camber Sands, a short walk through the sand dunes brings you to a huge expanse of flat sandy beach perfect for all kinds of beach activities. It was nice to see properly situated lifeguard stations & a seperate area for dog lovers. Unfortunately, the beachfront shops at the far left end of the beach are a bit run down at present. All in all, a good healthy day out.
One of the best sandiest beaches closest to London. Would imagine extremely busy on a hot summer day but beautiful to visit on any day of the year. Can enjoy a very long walk along the 5 mile coastline and the sand dunes.
