AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. They lost a part of our bed. They also scratched the headboard. It was a brand new bed flat packed by ikea that I bought new in London and shipped to Portugal. Packaging couldn’t have been better. Nobody is responsible. I’ll have to spend another 450 in a new bed as without the missing pat I can’t mount the bed. They also broke a vintage mirror. They kept us waiting for a week, telling that they were going to deliver our furniture. We waited inside and they wouldn’t turn up. They also lied saying that our road was to narrow for their lorry, when loads of buses and lorries go through our street.

A nice place to ship your goods. But I believe that it was interesting to have two different places to receive the goods. It took me 1h00 to ship a small box 0,33x0,5x1,6... But the overall appreciation is good.
