Lana Atkinson is a horrible service advisor, who blames everyone else for her lack of communication with customers and as a person she had no regard for the situation that she put you in .My car was there at 730 appt that was giving and I had to call her several times to check the status on my vehicle . I did not have that Lincoln experience from that place. I advise everyone ,don’t go to the Lincoln dealership in calumet city Illinois. Horrible horrible horrible person
