Good practice only they don’t answer the phone , regularly every day for a week now .No answer. They need to employ extra telephonists at this difficult time . Still no answer !!

Confidentiality lacking in this practice. I personally don't believe receptionist should be allowed to read your medical records they are not medically trained and should not make comments on your health and decided if you should have an appointment or not. Someone sent me a letter about my husband's medical issue telling me that I need to take meds meant for him and that they will put the meds on repeat prescription, if I took it who knows what would happen. I complained and was told sorry the doctor's receptionist made a mistake yet the doctor signed the letter. It makes me wonder how many more mistakes like this happens and gets unnoticed
Genuinely annoyed at this place. Was told to book an emergency appointment by hospital, spent 25 minutes on hold only to be spoken to someone, who I explained I don't have much mobile credit too, who then let's the line go dead and doesn't even attempt to call back. Disgusting treatment
Excellent surgery, very well run reception & helpful doctors
Having moved to the area we transferred to Northlands Surgery. We have had a fantastic experience, without doubt the best patient experience I have had at any surgery.
