Had an absolutely amazing experience here with my puppy! They do a special puppy day, to introduce pups to grooming in a positive manner. Patricia was professional, friendly, responsive, and has a wealth of knowledge beyond grooming. She also sent me a little video of my puppy interacting with some of the other puppies that were there at the same time.

Tucked away in the small town of Calmar, AB you will find a true gem. Her name is “Patricia” who can be found at “The Golden Bone”. Where do I begin? Patricia has been my groomer for over 6 years. She’s not your typical groomer, she goes above & beyond. Very knowledgeable! She genuinely loves dogs and it shows. Not only is she an amazing groomer, she has a calming way with dogs that they just trust her - maybe dogs “just know” when they’re in good hands ? I know with confidence that she is giving her undivided attention to my little Lewie when I take him to get groomed once a month. He loves going to see Patricia. As soon as we arrive for his appointment and I undo his leash - he takes off running towards “his friend” Patricia.....he can’t get to her fast enough! If you haven’t taken your dog to see Patrica yet - you’re missing out!
Awesome! Both Dogs were happy. They both slept for an hour after there spa day! Both were washed up, clipped, brushed, ears cleaned, nails clipped. Very prof and knowledgeable. Definitely return again. Pricing was a little bit higher than others but the Dogs and I agree WORTH IT! :)

Patricia is amazing with the dogs. Take the time to visit her in her shop. You will see the type of care and attention your pet will receive. She doesn’t fill the shop with dogs in kennels, anxiety rising to epic proportions, each waiting their turn wondering what’s going on. She works on one dog at a time. She takes breaks with the dog, allowing your pet the time to relax, get to know her & have some treats and water. Instead of hustling to get each dog on the table and out the door as fast as she can. She does this because she loves doing it. Take the time to check her and her shop out. If you’re truly trying to find the best, it’s worth the short drive.
