I contacted Gio on Monday and he got back to me the same day which is nice. He was able to quote me the same day and we set up an appointment. When he arrived he set up began to work on the outside and then came in to complete the inside. I found Gio to be professional and very thorough with the Windows, removing of screens and wiping window sills. He checked is work when he finished which I also thought was great. Very pleased with his service and will definitely use him again.
Every one of our 50 windows and sills were sparkling when B.O.A.B. finished cleaning them. Not a streak to be seen. Giovanni communicated very well on finding the right date and time to perform the services, given the unpredictable Alberta spring weather. He was very pleasant and respectful of us and our home. Friendly, efficient, non-intrusive, clean and careful. The job was not an easy one - there are 18’ ceilings in the house, and outside, there are 3 stories to the windows over the walk-out. He also cleaned out our rain water gutters - great! I highly recommend BOAB Windows and Gutters.

Gio cleaned the inside of a 6000 sq foot welding shop for our new store location. Walls were covered in soot and he was timely and the results were very good. Highly recommend.
This was the first time that we have used Giovanni. He showed up, provided a competitive price which we agreed to, and he started work. His utility trailer is set up to get work done which I was very impressed with. He did a great job on the windows, inside and out, and the screens. WE also had him do the the glass in our deck railings which he did with his ultra pure spot free water. We've never had the glass in the railings look so clear. We will see a lot more of Giovanni in the future.
