Please tender the next contract more effectively. That way, once again, Dunoon can have a decent, reliable service between there and Gourock.
Service between Dunoon and Gourock is a disgrace. Do they think a coat of paint will make these inadequate ferries more reliable? The service is worse than useless, always off, if it's not weather it's technical - any excuse. The crew do their best and are the only plus point for this ridiculous service. Time the Scottish Government done something about it as they are responsible
Waiting for the Kilcreggan ferry, clean and well kept, not staffed.
Don't waste your time with this company, use Western Ferries to go to Dunoon. Frequent cancellations and disrupted services, completely unreliable. Today they've managed to turn a quick errand taking an hour and a half into a tedious 4hr ordeal. Cancelled sailings in both directions, replacement bus service going via their competitors. It's time this bunch of incompetent monkeys stopped getting government funding for a service they can't provide.
