Brilliant service. Dealt with the clearance of my late Mum's house & outbuildings. I had been quoted 800-1200 by other companies. Bill was just over 600, didn't have to pay as got 800 back from sales. They returned a diamond ring found in the potting shed Mum lost years ago! Kept me up to speed with sale progress. Staff are really helpful, bit hit and miss to get hold of on the phone but guess they are very busy. Always answer an email quickly. Can highly recommend.

Brilliant, original setup. Hardest working, no nonsense auction room around. Everything from house clearance to valuation. A real, roll your sleeves up operation. Totally, utterly recommended
Sadly no \Live\ auctions for a while (covid go away) because they were so busy, a proper day out. Masses of Lots to choose from. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Haven't used the House clearance side yet but if/when the need arises they will be the first ones I call.
One star because the house clearance part of interaction was great/excellent. Auction bit was rubbish, no communication, not able to put reserves on, items allocated to other sellers. Still not sure got money for all items sold. Life's to short...... Before covid-19, so that not an excuse..
