They are probably the worst credit agency I came across. There was two CCJs put on my file, these do not belong to me, their error. I provided all the evidence, my ID, proof of address, county court correspondence confirming CCJs do not belong to me. Emails from Experian, Equifax and Crediva confirming they have taken off the CCJs from my file following the evidence provided. After two weeks, no acknowledgement from the dispute team. I was explaining to their agents over the phone that I am not disputing the CCJs, only they do not belong to me. Instead of hearing my complain, 3 hanged up on me. I am applying for CBILs and remortgaging, but not getting deals because of this incompetent organisation. It is incredibly frustrating to deal with them.
