Callbox just laid off half their company without more than a 3 hour notice to the workforce. We understand that the covid pandemic affects this industry, but there was no communication regarding a possibility of a layoff/ furlough leading up to the event. The exact opposite had actually been conveyed and leadership dishonestly convinced employees that they were financially stable enough to support salaries for up to two years. Remaining employees now have mandated 60 hour work weeks. Leadership is not valuing their constituents. Do not work here in the future

Unlike the other reviews, I do NOT work for Patient Pursuit but my company was a client to the tune of a wasted 7 months. Repeatedly we asked that the data be reported accurately and were told things would improve over and over again. We were told that 30 graders were fired and that extra attention was being spent on our account at one point (highly skeptical). It is important to our company to answer the phone well and have reliable data. Instead, most of the claims on their website never came to fruition and it cost our company 4-5k while we patiently waited for nothing to happen. We finally spoke with the CEO after we continued to document chronicle and grossly misgraded calls. His decision was to retain everything we contributed to his company. You have been warned.
