How do you describe indescribable ? Perfection, breathtaking beautifull, peaceful place God's Hospital. We were blessed by the hosts kindness and hospitality. Very neat and beautiful place. We didn't want to go back home. Wish we could stay longer.

Our second time here was as much fun as the first. Superb hosts. Comfortable accommodation at The Old Schoolhouse, which carries history of its name. Lots of authentic little details and much charm, and we let out imaginations take us back to the past through the lovely photos on the wall. 3 bedrooms, 2 with double beds and a third with 4 beds in double bunks, plus a spacious bathroom. Original old floorboards echo creakingly with the passage of time gone by. Well stocked and organised kitchen and a great, really cosy family area with a snug rug and charming fireplace, plus a patio with an awesome view. Special note to climb the koppie right behind the house: short walk that is a little steep, but with incomparable views especially at sunset. I can see us making another visit some time.
This is the best way to escape and truly rest deeply. The cottages are homely and comfortable, and the fact that there is no mobile reception is the best of all. Wonderful hiking opportunities, as well as kayaking on the river. The hosts are amazing. This place is a true jewel in the Klein Karoo.
A must for any nature lover. Stunning hiking trail. Bird watching. Kayaking. Very peaceful and stunning views.
