BUYER BEWARE - Stanton does not stand behind their products!!!! We have had an absolutely horrible experience with Stanton Rugs. We purchased an extremely large rug made by Stanton through a retail outlet in town. Immediately my wife and I noticed excessive shedding from the rug (as in you can't sit on it in black pants and wool balls of fiber were seemingly popping out of it). We contacted the location we purchased this from and Stanton sent an inspector out. The inspection results are ridiculous - saying it's our fault because we use a vacuum with a \beater bar\ and that their rugs can't be expected to hold up under that kind of punishment. We don't use a vacuum with the beater bar - we own one, but we told the inspector repeatedly that we do not use it - we have cleaners that come every Friday and they use a backpack vacuum contraption. Needless to say, they turned down our request for a credit towards another Stanton carpet. The carpet is disintegrating before our eyes, they are doing absolutely nothing to help us, and we're stuck. The retail location sent their own sales manager out and they too agree that this carpet should not be shedding like it is. They've reached out to Stanton again and now they're saying they will not authorize another inspection. BUYER BEWARE - Stanton does not stand behind their products!
Trucker's Perspective: Fast unloading. I'm normally on a door before my appointment time.
Great place.....
Two weeks and my carpet shredded which looks like an awful spot. The retailer refused to replace it.
