Where do I start!? This team really has been THE solution!! They quoting me on a lease for an eighth of the price of their competition. They didn't try to sell me some 60,000 machine that was overkill for my needs. Their sales manager showed up with a printed copy of my catalogue in hand, the same day I called to inquire, to ensure the machine could do what I wanted. Then he took some label sheets that I had back to his office, to ensure it could also do that without a problem. When I visited their showroom, I had an amazing experience with the sales, support and administration team. I felt valued, and enjoyed the time I spent there. Never did I feel pressured - I felt like they genuinely cared about helping me. When they delivered the machine, they were very careful to not scratch/dent my walls, as they had to maneuver it downstairs. Since having the machine, they've been very prompt in their service and training. They sold me paper cheaper than I could find it anywhere else, and provided me with MANY paper options. They even delivered it to my doorstep out in Caroline! Learning how to select all the right options and operate the machine has been a breeze with their support. Great team!

We used to go to this business for a few services and products, but became very frustrated when Mitchell just wouldn't respond, or you had to repeatedly follow-up with him to buy products or services. You shouldn't have to chase a business to do business with them. We have since moved our business elsewhere. Wouldn't recommend.
What a great experience! Everyone from receptionist to upper management were friendly, positive and eager to help. It's clear they had a very strong culture of customer service.
