In a nut shell , worst renovation experience of my life. Every step of the way there was a problem. From defective product to even having to supply tools so one of the trades could do his work ? And finally the project manager promised a wine cabinet as compensation for the endless problems that acured. Well the reno took six months and u guessed it no wine rack? After numerous call and texts to the project manager in regards to the wine rack I finally got a call back? He accused me of wanting services for nothing ? I tried to respond to him but he become louder and louder and more Confrontational so I just hung up the phone. Such a bad experience.
Zen Living caused a kitchen renovation experience to be a pleasure! We ordered cabinets from Zen with the awesome help of Ron (very patient and helpful) and installed it ourselves. We are impressed with the quality, delivery, packaging, hardware....everything! We also bought quartz counter tops from Zen and had it installed by them - which went smoothly and professionally - a great job that looks beautiful. The Zen staff members who work in the office (accounting, ordering, scheduling) was a joy to deal with...courteous, helpful & friendly. Zen Living offers good value from start to finish and I'm already contemplating approaching them for when we renovate our laundry room. Thanks to everyone at Zen Living who were involved with our project....we appreciate your quality & affordability.
Professional designers, wonderful product, quick service all the way from start to delivery and the cabinets were great to work with. Turned out fantastic for a reasonable price. I will use them again. Darcy
