We got three large yogurts here and two of them were filled up properly, but the chocolate chip and mint one was not, the portion was for a small but we payed for a large. I went back and asked the asian lady working here who was very rude and started fighting and raising her voice at me. I walked away, don’t come here and waste your money, it isn’t worth it.

Super good they blend the frozen yogurt so good. The owner are very professional. They give alot of toppings and yogurt. Much better than the chinook yogen fruz which taste pretty much diluted ice. Definitely should get a cup of frozen yogurt when your in the south centre mall.

horrible. i wanted to make a small modification to my order and asked to switch out the chocolate for cheesecake flavour instead but they said i couldn’t and it was very hard to understand what the workers were saying. also it was not filled up at all, the centre was completely empty, not worth the amount that i paid for. not like how it used to be here, will not come again. Save your money and don’t go here

You either love or hate frozen yogurt and in most cases, I choose the latter. But this one was different, and I can’t choose how I feel about it. Nothing really stands out to me. The service was meh, the yogurt didn’t have any outstanding flavours and was meh. Honestly I’m not even sure if I should be writing a review.

Ordered a medium frozen yogurt and most of it was just air near the bottom of the cup. I went back to ask a simple question to the girls working there if that was normal for my order but was met with defensiveness and attitude. I had only asked a question whether this was normal and not demanding anything in return but the customer service was horrible. One of the girls just shrugged her shoulders without any sort of professional response. Not sure how this sort of customer service is supposed to retain business but at least I’ll not be coming back to this place.

Worst customers service ever! My kids love the frozen yogurt but I wouldn't buy it at Southcenter Mall again . An Asian lady was there today in the morning, she was so serious she didn't even say hello, and when I was asking to get another frozen yogurt for my other daughter, she snapped at me, asking me in a very rude way to move to the other side and pay first. So Instead went to Purdys where the customer service is awesome!
