Absolutely fantastic, from my first phone call to the moment I paid Jay the owner and his staff were excellent. I Needed help fixing my heater core and Jay answered all my questions. His knowledge was without pauses or guesses. Brought my vehicle in at 9 and the team was done at noon. My heat is working flawlessly, the cost of the work done was below my expectations and I wouldn't hesitate to send my friends and family to Wrenches auto. You guys have a customer for life. I had my timing belt and water pump replaced on my Honda Pilot here. Jay runs a great operation. They do an excellent job and I like how transparency is a priority to them. He also gave me the option to select what parts that I wanted used and whether some parts would be replaced or not. I value that highly and I would definitely come back again. Thanks Jay!
Called here as my car was acting up. I was greeted with great customer service from the front desk staff. Staff called with frequent updates as to what's causing my car's problems. On top of that I got a quote before the work began but was surprised when I went to pay as it was cheaper than the quote. Car has been driving great and will be taking my car here for any problems .
Jay was easy going from the beginning, hes straight up with you and Great shop crew. Quick and solid work. Definitely recommend.
