Cindy has been working with our daughter since she was 2 years old and diagnosed with a severe speech delay. When Cindy met her she was essentially non-verbal and her vocabulary was extremely limited. After having met several speech therapists that did not work out, I resorted to cold calling on Google. I was desperate to get our daughter the help she needed. Her behavior was becoming more and more defiant as her frustration levels grew. After a few sessions with Cindy, I felt like we had won the lottery. Cindy’s warm personality, soft voice, loving nature, passion for helping and ability to incorporate lessons into play immediately struck a bond with Alexandra. Cindy is patient, very thorough and cares very deeply for the children she works with. Cindy has a unique way (gift) with children and also has the education and training needed to help them. Alexandra having left other sessions with speech therapists running to her room while slamming the door out of frustration, enjoyed the fun sessions with Cindy immensely. We have seen her vocabulary, speech, comprehension and ability to focus improve. And as a result her confidence, ability to communicate and happiness has also increased. As parents, what more could you want for your child? Several months ago, Alexandra told Cindy she loved her………Alexandra is 4 now and functioning as a much happier little girl---her accelerated progress can be attributed to Cindy. Cindy is a blessing and we are so very thankful that we found her. I don’t know where we would be without her assistance.
