Go for a beer. Not the food. Holy over seasoned and salty....everything! Portions also way too small for the price. Lots of other pubs to choose from besides this. Pleasant and friendly people/service and I would go back for a pint or 2 but never eat there again. Needs improvement in a big way with the food.

Very impressed. Excellent service and food. Sat on the patio, was nice and quiet. Had the steak on the bun, midrare and it was perfectly cooked. Lunch special is 12 Monday-Friday.
I have supported the Windsor Rose all through covid and have always tipped extremely well trying to make sure my local pub stayed in business. I went there tonight and was treated very poorly by the owner of the establishment. The staff it self was kind but I was treated as a disposable client. It saddens me that he had very little customer service. Unfortunately I am no longer interested in spending my hard earned money at Windsor Rose.
The food has always been great here but they have a new chef and now it’s really really good!! Had the beet salad and my son had the smoke stack burger with truffle fries... we ate the lot! Service was amazing too, friendly as always and Covid protocols in place. Great to have such an awesome place in our community. Highly recommend.
A previous chance visit led to my returning again. English theme throughout the pub with much memorabilia in cabinets. Friendly staff. Lots of seating and with an open deck on top of the building too. Menu offers lots variety. Each day has food offers as well as that of the drinks too.
Although we used to come to that place at least once a month but quality there is taking a deep dive from quality of food , how fresh , how hot they serve food going to servicing , our recent experience was a mess by all mean and when we raised our concerns to the server the action was more a lazy apology. I would recommend for them having a manager on duty all time or at least someone with a manager role trying to work more on the quality starting from the kitchen.
The first time I went to this pub I found the food good but the service not-so-good. The second time... we left before being served. This pub advertises as catering to families and welcoming minors until 8pm. However we were made to feel very unwelcome with our young kids, and were not informed until after we were seated that they don't have high chairs.
Great bartenders and a solid selection of beers. Can't wait for the rooftop to open back up!
