Thanks Sandeep for the great 1 full hour deep tissue massage. My neck and shoulders are feeling great! Probably one of the best massages I’ve had in a long time! It’s nice to know that you get a full hour when you pay for the hour too.

**update** Shauna has moved to Omega Massage and Wellness on 19th Ave NW and no longer works at Why Knot. Shauna is amazing. Not your 'typical' massage experience but I cannot imagine going to see anyone else. She helped me fix aches and pains that I've had for years - when other RMTs could not! Going to see her is like visiting an old friend. Very relaxing and comfortable!
