I don't know how this place is still in business. 50 cent a copy for B&W and they charged me 5 to scan a document on a USB drive. Zero personality and service is subpar.
I emailed SURE to inquire about curb side pick up: including cost, timeline, ect. I recieved a two word reply. I requested them to please clarify there response, and recieved no response. Take your printing needs to Staples. It's easier and makes sense.
WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. This Lady was the rudest person I have ever encountered. Very frustrating experience. English was especially not her first language and was extremely hard to understand. I will never come back.
Went here because it is a FedEx shipping center. I wanted to ship a package to another FedEx shipping center for someone to pickup from there. Totally unhelpful staff. Would not assist in proper procedure for overnight priority: said I'm on my own own and to actually call that specific office. I did that while AT the front desk and she went back to her desk. Of course toll free number and automated voice which did nothing for me. I actually had to go online and find the address and postal code. Am I crazy thinking that going from one physical FedEx address to another should not be a big deal for them to just set it up (both in Canada)? Very disappointed and 3/4 hr I will never get back in my life!
