Amazing coffee place, super clean, super friendly staff. I live in the area and went for a morning walk, I wanted to get a latte. I walked in and right away with a smile I got a good morning greeting. I said I would love a latte, I think it was the manager and asked how is your morning? I said a bit cold, the staff said I will make your latte extra hot, I have never had this amazing experience anywhere. This coffee house is my new favorite.

Not the best mocha, a bit “watery”. We asked to add more chocolate, but no willingness to help. The lemon loaf and the cranberry/orange muffin weren’t very fresh.

Blurry Face

After a bad Starbucks encounter I need to give waves some major credit. They have a great drink selection and the employees are always kind and helpful, even during the rush. Things are different in corona time but still they manage to create a welcoming enviroment. I just wish the hours were longer but I guess everything closes early here in the west.

No complaints about coffee. My concern is that while I was enjoying a coffee visit with friends I saw many people coming and going and not one table was cleaned in between customers. We are in a pandemic and I will not be back...disgusting.

Would give this location a 0 star review if I could. Rude staff, no Wi-Fi, very overpriced coffee and snacks for the disappointing quality and bland taste. Not even a nice spot to study at. Overall horrible customer service and quality. You're better off getting your coffee at Tims or Starbucks.
