My nephew and his LOVELY bride got married at this venue this summer. It's in an exceptionally beautiful setting beside the Elbow River and the service was excellent. We were ALL very happy with it. HIGHLY recommend
This is definitely a dated place, but they do some great things for the community. The place is surrounded by amazing views. They have a lake right behind it and lots of trees and beautiful wildlife. Pretty cool place.
We were amazed by how beautiful this place was for a wedding venue! We were set on booking it for our 2020 wedding but the general manager, Jaclyn, stopped replying to us. After our initial visit (which went really great!), she had said she would give us a quote and send us the food menus, never did. Upon emailing her, she said she was very busy and would get it to me as soon as she could. 2 weeks went by, then I reached out and heard nothing back. After a month, I tried calling and emailing again, but no returned phone call or email. When I called a second time, a gentleman answered and said she could call me back when she returned in an hour so I left my contact information and once again, no phone call or follow up. It has now been well over 2 months and I have been still trying to contact her, but it seems that we are being avoided/ignored. It is such a shame because this was our top venue and now we are continuing our venue hunt with no idea why there was no follow-up or follow-through.
