Virtuo helped me relocate from Saskatoon to Vancouver and took so much stress off my plate. Robin worked with me to figure out all the things I needed moved, then got a number of quotes from multiple moving companies so I didn't have to look into it myself. He coordinated with the company I picked to get my shipment to the new location. I'm very thankful for the service Robin and Virtuo provided, they're great!

Our experience with Virtuo and Robin was great. From the start of our move we received terrific service. It didn't end there. We received boxes, papers, totes, wardrobes and other moving supplies immediately. Then the totes were picked up as well with no work on our part. The movers were quick and the entire move went great. Not a single complaint. Would highly recommend this company! Hats off to a job well done.

Fantastic company to work with! Virtuo, and more specifically Robin Sherwood, was extremely helpful during our move. This company has the ability to know when to offer additional services, and when to hold off until you catch your breath again. Having someone to remind you of all the things that need to be done, and taking care of many of those things makes the moving process much simpler and more enjoyable. Virtuo was informative, always available to answer questions quickly, friendly, and extremely flexible. We took advantage of their bins for our move and they were clean and super durable, which was very helpful for many of our items (they even included labels for the bins which made unpacking much easier!) We would highly recommend Virtuo for your move. Whether you use all of their services or only a select few, the peace of mind they offer is invaluable.

A SCAM! They charged me a fine of 50 euros for smoking when neither I nor my partner smokes without giving me any chance to challenge the charge. To top that, two weeks later they made another charge of 300 euros for damage to the car that I did not make. I made the corresponding claim 4 days ago and they never contacted me so far. I opened a file at the Consumer Defense Organization
