Vinyl Window Pro were very professional, honest, and reliable when it was time for our window and patio door replacement installations. We couldn't recommend them more! The gentlemen that did the installations were quick and did a nice job of cleaning up at the end. Dmitriy was very kind and easy to get in touch with along the way. We replaced every single window and exterior door with Vinyl Pro of our 30 year old home. They also cut 3 basement egress windows for us. Great value, great service, great workers, great experience. I had windows replaced in my house couple years ago and just last month one window glass cracked without any force used. Called them to replace the glass but they told me I have to pay 315 for the sealed unit. I am very disappointed with quality and service of this company. Would not recommend.
Tisha and his team were amazing to work with. Tisha set a time to give a quote, came on time, the quote was extremely competitive based on the research I had done and other quotes I had received. Communication throughout the process was clear and concise. We were kept in the loop as to when the window would be available. A date was set for install quickly after the window arrived, and the whole installation from cutting the concrete to completion was done in just over half a day. Everyone was polite, there was no mess made in our house, or outside. Everything was kept clean, you would barely know they had been there. I highly recommend working with these guys. Next window we do, we will definitely be giving Tisha a call again.
We are so happy with Vinyl Window Pro, they arrived on time and had our two bedroom windows done in 21/2 hours! The 2 guys were tidy, put runners down and cleaned up after they were finished. Good quality windows with no painting with reasonably price! We got 3 pane and found that they made a huge differance from the outside sounds.
We found Vinyl Window Pro while researching a line of doors quoted by another company when we were left without enough information on the product. A search found them handling the same door line, and with very good reviews. We had an appointment with Andrey the next day (Saturday I believe), at their shop, where we were not only able to find out about their range of patio doors but got a tour of the shop so we could see what they do and the materials they use. Turned out that their price for the doors was substantially less, for the same door from the same manufacturer, than the quote we had gotten elsewhere. Very informative, including the pride shown about what they do. Installation was done professionally, including all cleanup and instruction and we are very satisfied with the whole experience with Andrey, Tisha, Demitri and Alex.,
