Vero Mechanical came last month to install our new furnace and A/C. Alvaro was very professional, and incredibly nice. He got it all done quickly and with no problems. He was knowledgeable and showed us everything he had done at the end. This was our first time using Vero Mechanical, and I don’t regret, excellent prices and great costumer service. Vero Mechanical will definitely be our first call if needed. We will absolutely recommend this company to friends and family!
I had an excellent experience with Vero Mechanical services. Alvaro replaced my furnace during the coldest week of the year. He inspected and explained the issues, answering all my questions and I had a lot. He installed a new Lennox furnace and move vents to bring everything up to code. Once finished, he left our place tidy, doing a good clean up and removed all scrap materials off site. Great costumer service Alvaro. Thanks so much. Would definitely use again and recommend.
Technician showed up on time. My bf's AC broke at the end of the summer last year, so decided to call a small AC repair business in the city before it gets too busy. I found Vero Mechanical had the best prices in the market. The installation went fast, smooth and clean! Technician did a furnace tune-up for free. Communication was very effective. He answered all my questions in a professional and friendly manner. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended!
Technician was professional, courteous, pleasant knowledgeable, and on time. He was COVID aware and took the necessary precautions. He diagnosed my furnace issue and solved my problem within a reasonable time frame. Price was reasonable too. I am confident to use this company and this technician again and would recommend them to others.
Alvaro thoroughly checked my ancient furnace, inspecting for any/all problems going above and beyond. He sufficiently explained concepts that needed to be understood in order to make an informed decision. In the end, he got it working to my satisfaction, which will at least buy me some more time to consider the next step in either repairing or replacing. He left me with a wide range of fairly priced replacement/repair options and a new respect for a small company I've never heard of until this problem popped up!
