Had a lovely dinner last night - we were working with some dietary restrictions and the chef came and spoke to us personally to come up with a meal that suited our needs! His enthusiasm and passion for his craft were evident, and the flavours spoke for themselves! Delicious!

Serving Fratello coffee, my latte was what you’d expect it to be... a solid 4. Would have given a 4.5 if available, staff were friendly and eager to please.
Has potential but the general manager puts a damper on our experience each time we come. From the minute we walk in with a stroller you can see her blood pressure rise as she looks for a place in the corner to hide the child. On several occasions she’s asked us to move tables to somewhere in the back of the cafe and she always tries to argue that there’s no room for the stroller (it’s travel sized and can fit under a chair). Today she told me that my child was in the way, as if I had let her run free with a nerf gun (she sat in my lap and ate except for a few mins when she stood beside my chair). I haven’t been able to pinpoint the vibe they’re going for, but it’s way too uptight for a “neighborhood cafe.”
My experience was really good. The customer service was amazing and the food was even better. We absolutely loved the sausage roll and breakfast options.
Ordered their Chicken and Waffles, the waffles were AMAZING!! Like fluffy garlic bread. The chicken was okay, but I would go to the wow chicken near by for better fried chicken. Also s/o to the sweet lady who wiped down the benches outside for us after it rained - really great customer service :)
