As a well respected Realtor in Calgary, this builder just ended up giving me a bad name before my clients. Very bad communication with Buyers, Builder could not meet the promised 8 months timeline for the building project, they were two months behind on the project and possession day was a hazard as finishing touches were still in progress, with cleaning going on at the same time. Several unfinished jobs after possession, with some items breaking down and home owners faced difficulty reaching the builder. Overall, It was a terrifying experience for my clients and as a Realtor, I would never take any client to this builder.
