Visited the store just over a week ago, received an on site quote within two hours and perfectly installed privacy railing and glass a week later. Great group of people with incredible customer service and pricing. Highly recommend!

I was referred to UDNR by a friend for our railing on our deck to be done by this company. I called Max and he picked up right away. He was professional and answered all questions that I have. Max was able to come to my house the next day to measure and quote. Railing ordered and installed within 1 week time. It was very clean efficient and professionally done. We love it very much and would definitely recommend UDNR to all our family and friends.

Great product, not slippery of overly hot. Loved the professionalism of Furlin to square and secure the deck. However, project took 2 months to complete with several callback to fix deficiencies. After 2 months the final instalment of the facing on the stairs was done, but we are not happy that the stairs are enclosed. Difficult to remove the snow. Got tired of calling back and wish I had not paid before completed project. The installed made me think that I was asking for the impossible when I wanted to stairs opened. If you use this company, ensure that they honour the contract and complete it in a timely manner.
Max and Rick are awesome. We finally have a deck that we love and look forward to spending more time outdoor. They took time to fix even minor details to make our deck complete. We are so happy with the quality of workmanship and would not hesitate to recommend UDNR for your deck projects.
