The Toronto location recently closed down without any notice and UNDRCARD has refused to refund peoples classes despite the Calgary location remaining open. Leaving people with hundreds of dollars worth of classes unable to get a refunds. Buyer beware, they like to operate with shady business practices.

What a great place and all the people I've talked to that have attended say it's a fun place with a great workout. I attended an event with the Calgary Chamber and found that this is a place to check into.

I implore you to find another boxing studio. Do not go to Undrcard. Find a better fitness business with better ethics and care for their community. Trust me, I adored Undrcard pre-pandemic. However, I am in disbelief following Undrcard Toronto's closing announcement and complete disregard for the refund of my unused class passes. I am not the only one - I know other former Undrcard patrons who are in the same boat as myself. Our hard-earned money is now hostage to these undeserving, shady business owners. To clarify: Undrcard will not refund patrons for services not rendered i.e. unused class passes. So if I were you, I would truly think twice about supporting Undrcard, no matter how great their classes are.
